James Dainard is a Pacific Northwest real estate investor, broker, and developer who has spent two decades turning distressed properties into profit. He hosts A&E’s Million Dollar Zombie Flips, co-hosts BiggerPockets’ On the Market, and wrote The House Flipping Framework (BiggerPockets Publishing, 2024).

Since 2005 he has completed more than 4,000 transactions and over $1 billion in sales, and he owns and operates a group of companies spanning brokerage, lending, development, syndication, and education. He splits his time between Bellevue, Washington and Scottsdale, Arizona, where he lives with his wife and two kids.
